Medicinska Föreningen i Stockholm
Thanks from Medicinska föreningen.
A few weeks ago we published a survey with questions about what you think of Medicinska föreningen. Allmost 600 of you answered the survey and we are currently working on putting the answers together. As soon as we have managed that we will publish them here so that all of you can take part of them as well. But first we want to send a great and sincere thank you to all of you who participated in the survey! You have made it easier for us to become the student association that students at Karolinska Institutet wants. If you want a first sneak peek at the answers right now, you can follow this link (the english version is on page 2).
Thank you!

Evaluate MF - win gift certificate!
Medicinska Föreningen is your student union and is here for your sake, to make sure that you get the best possible life as a student. Medicinska Föreningen consists of its members and is what the members make of it. To make sure that we do an as satisfying job as possible, your opinion on how we’re doing/ should be doing is invaluable! Because of this we would be very grateful if you would take a few minutes and answer a survey about us, so that we better can be the association that you want us to be. The survey consists of 22 questions and takes about 10 minutes to answer.
Because your opinions are so valuable to us, we are giving out a gift certificate at Medicinska Bokhandeln (the book shop at KI) worth 500 kr to one of the students who fill out the survey!
The survey is available in an English version primarily for our international students as well as a Swedish version:

Speaking of internationalization...
Hi everyone who is interested in internationalization at Karolinska Institutet and especially at Medicinska Föreningen,
The board for education arranged a panel discussion about internationalization last week and a lot of interesting ideas came up that affect us students. One of the major concerns that was named several times by students is that Medicinska Föreningen does not integrate international students well enough and that the language barrier is often a problem.
I would like to invite you - swedish or international students or doctoral students, member of a association that works with internationalization, or everyone who is just curious - to the international council/Internationella rådet meeting on Thursday the 29th of March, 17.00, Medicinska Föreningen, Kårexpeditionen to plan what can be done for international students and to discuss how to activate international students to take part in the discussion about all kinds of study and leisure related questions.
Best regards
Daniel Holl, Board member at Medicinska föreningen.
The Medicinska föreningen Web shop.
During the fall Medicinska föreningen have worked with the idea of starting a web shop where cool MF-stuff would be for sale. Now that we have found a company to work with which we think matches us perfectly, the web shop is just about to be built! This web shop is of course supposed to sell things that are useful and fun for our members, so what can be better than ask for your advise on what we should sell? Which kind of products would make your studies easier and your membership in Medicinska föreningen even more fun? Think outside the box! Email your ideas to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Take care and we´ll see each other soon!
