Medicinska föreningen thinks that our members should afford to travel more! And so thinks STA Travel, so now all our members get a 10% discount on all hotel- and hostel-bookings through STA Travel! Arrange activities
ARRANGE ACTIVITIES
The sponsor (or exchangestudetn) that has an idea of an activity should contact the board. If you want to organise the activity yourself and get a clear sign, this applies:
• Write a mail in english with information abput cost (original price), last day of application, meeting point and time and your contact information to Global Friends email (

) so that the person responsible for information can send it furhter to sponsors and exchangestudents. Also write the mail adress which the interested should use to get in touch with you.
• In cases with a limited number of seats a "first come, first served"-principle should be used for applyers.
• if the activity includes a student discount; ask the exchange students to bring their student cards (usualy ISIC - international studentcard) or corps card (Mecenat).
• If there's an age limit, ask the exchange students to bring their ID's.
• The one who arranges the activity can get a compensation of up to 200 sek for the cost. Usualy this money can be sent over in advace by the head chairman. If not, then the reciept should be kept so that the head chairman of Global Friends can sign it before you cash it in the corps office in Solna.
• Also please fill in the short evaluation that can be in handy for other sponsors.
