The Archivist
The archivist's task is to tend to and preserve the archive of Medicinska Föreningen. The archivist is currently Jens Andersson. The archivist is chosen for one year at a time by the MF student council. The position is an honorary task. Only people with previous well-managed positions within MF can become the archivist.
Tasks:
- To tend to and preserve the archive and it's contents.
- To once a year, send to the editorial staff of MF's journal (Medicor), a history oriented article or a notice based on materials found by the archivist in the archive.
- To collaborate with the secretary of the Information Committee in the archiving of MF's journals and other information material, and with the MF photographers in the archiving of photographies.
- To send a statement of it's activities to the board of MF by the end of the fiscal year.
