Medicinska föreningen thinks that our members should afford to travel more! And so thinks STA Travel, so now all our members get a 10% discount on all hotel- and hostel-bookings through STA Travel! The Host couple
The Host couple consists of either a host and a hostess, two hostes or two hostesses. The Host couple embodies and carries out Medicinska föreningen´s act as host at all the official parties that MF invites to.

Tasks:
- -To execute the invitations to those who shall receive a personal invitation to the official parties.
- -To keep the invitation lists updated with names, titles and addresses to those who shall be invited.
- -To handle the answers to the invitations.
- -To, at the parties, handle the placement of guests at the tables.
- -To, at the parties, greet the guests, asure their comfort, ansewer all questions as well as they can, make sure that the guests are entertained and enjoying themselves and, at the end of the party, wish all guests farewell.
- -To handle the guestbook and encourage the guests to use it.
- -To, after the party, handle and pass forward within Medicinska föreningen, the regards from the guests.
