Medicinska Föreningen is a big organisation that is led by it's council. Most of the work is however done by a large number of corps organs that are divided into committees, boards and project-groups. These organs scheme their own activity and carry out most of their work independently by the help of engaged participants and the money that the organ has been given. The chariman and the commissioners in the boards and project-gorups are chosen by the council. The chairmen and the members of the committees are chosen by the council. The equal-treatment committee, the election committee and the nominations committee are chosen by the representative assembly to make it easier to work mote independently.
